Spiced Moong Bean Salad
A quick protien rich salad that can be a quick snack or an addition to any meal.
Ingredients

This is another very healthy and quick dish (although you have to sprout the beans the night before). Once the beans are sprouted, you literally have five minutes of work. You can eat is as is, part of a salad (as a garnish), and also include this in a tortilla with some yogurt and cut vegetables, to make a delightful and healthy wrap. |
