Seared Spicy Ahi/Mango Seared Spicy Ahi/Mango
Another easy and healthy main dish for ahi lovers.

Ingredients
1. a piece of ahi (8-10 oz)
2. 1/2 cup soy sauce
3. a healthy dash of sambar powder
4. a few pieces of thinly sliced mango (deskinned)

Directions
1. place the ahi in a plate, pour the soy sauce, sprinkle and mix the sambar powder
2. slice mangoes and place over the ahi - leave for 1 hour or so in the fridge
3. heat up sauce pan (high) and put a dash of olive oil
4. grill the fish without the mangoes (most people like it seared, rare on the inside) - sprinkle sambar powder if necessary (place fish aside)
5. dump the mangoes along with the rest of the marinade (add sambar powder if necessary) in the pan and grill for about 3-6 minutes
6. garnish the fish with mangoes and serve
